While visiting Everglades National Park two weeks ago to work on a new project and update some of my hiking information, I witnessed this scene at the marina: not one, not two, not three, but four manatees all together! Quite the sight.

Making me homesick! When I worked at Flamingo the manatees would hang out in the marina especially during the summer. Sometimes there would be a baby and they all would just play. They also liked drinking the fresh water from leaky pipes.
