Jupiter has bears? Today’s the first time I’ve seen them along a trail…an interpretive nature trail at Busch Wildlife Sanctuary, a lovely family escape just south of Indiantown Road near I-95.
The quarter mile Longleaf Pine Trail has been around for a number of years, treating visitors to an educational walk through a longleaf pine forest, but the large bear enclosure is a new addition, providing room for these orphans to roam. Take a walk in the woods and see bears in Jupiter! Admission is free, donations appreciated.
