There are a handful of websites out there by Florida hiking enthusiasts, all providing great details and images of the hiking trails they love the most. Here are the ones I've discovered thus far.
Florida Adventuring Author Reid Tillery (Surviving the Wilds of Florida) has a website covering various Florida outdoor adventures, from hiking to kayaking, snorkeling, and the National Parks.
Florida Trail 2008 Real-time blog from thru-hiker Ryan Carpenter, who's working on a Key West to Springer Mountain hike, including the FT
Hikes de Jeffito A blog from Central Florida hikers who got my 50 Hikes in Central Florida as a gift and went out there to hike 'em all!
Hiking the Florida Panhandle Our forum member Ardsgaine runs a website focused on the region around his home, with details and scanned maps of the trails, along with photo- and description-rich trip reports. A must-see for those interested in the Eastern Panhandle!
Hiking Trails in the Titusville Area Dean Richard Petit has the Titusville Outdoors website, one portion of which is devoted to hiking trails. It provides a matrix with key details about the trails, with additional information on a handful of them.
Hiking with Cooper The adventures of Cooper and his master on the hiking trails of Polk County. Out in the Boonies Mainly focusing on Brevard, Osceola, and Volusia counties, this site was one of the first to offer GPS details on where to hike in the region. The author, Boonieman (aka Shawn Riley) posts great accounts of his adventures on the trails. One of the funniest moments was after the 2004 hurricanes, when he paddled the Bull Creek Trail and posted pics of the flooding.
Travis in the Backcountry Moving from our forums to his own blog, Travis takes you out on trails in North Florida and beyond.
Whispers of Nature Panhandle hiking enthusiast Robert Jones posts beautiful photographs and detailed trip reports about his adventures on his blog.
