It was a delight to see a packed room for Bill Belleville when I arrived at the Florida Trail Association’s signature event Friday eve, and the crowd swelled even larger on Saturday, thanks to a first time ever single day admission and a huge interest in seeing Clyde Butcher. His talk had the audience captivated – in fact, every speaker I saw, myself included, had the pleasure of a full and attentive audience. While I only attended a smidgen of the available events, there were hikers everywhere, including out on the trails of Catfish Creek State Park. Glad to meet many of you there!
