Had a great time in White Springs this weekend. Stayed and completed the 10m hike to Disappearing Creek on Sunday. Great hike. I really enjoyed the social experience of hiking with a group (my first time). I usually hike alone. (HINT.. still looking for hiking companions in my area, St. Pete). The only thing missing was a group campfire!

I'm glad you enjoyed yourself! I would love to have went to festival, but I opted to use my vacation with my son for Easter weekend. I live north of the Ocala NF, near Palatka. That's a bit distant from you, but if you ever want to plan a hike relative to our locations I'd be happy to hike with you.

We didn't sign up for the guided hikes but instead hiked on our own all weekend. We explored Falling Creek and walked the FT from Suwannee Valley Campground passed Little Shoals and back. The weather all weekend was great.

Our last stop Sunday morning was Camp Branch. When leaving there were 4 or so vehicles parked at the Camp Branch yet we only passed 1 hiker on the trail. We had guessed that one of the guided hikes must end there.
