The University of North Florida (Jacksonville) and University of West Florida (Pensacola) maintain hiking trails on their campuses. University of Central Florida (Orlando) has a pleasant unmarked trail system adjoining its arboretum, but I understand the natural area is imperiled by expansion of the campus. The University of Florida (Gainesville) has unmarked paths and boardwalks along the floodplain forests of Lake Alice off Museum Road.
